T-shirts, mugs, and tote bags
Our merchandise is made to order and fulfilled by Printful. Check the product description and size guide where provided, then review your selected size or color, quantity, shipping charge, and applicable tax at checkout. Merchandise is produced before it ships. The $5.99 book shipping rate and 3–5 business day book processing time below apply only to in-stock books, not merchandise. For merchandise delivery questions, damaged items, incorrect orders, or return questions, email rootedequity@gmail.com with your order number.
Books purchased directly from RootED Equity LLC
When direct checkout is available, selected in-stock paperbacks can be purchased through this website. Review the title, format, quantity, price, shipping charge, and applicable tax at checkout.
In-stock book shipping and processing
U.S. shipping and packing costs $5.99 per in-stock book order. In-stock books are packed and mailed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Carrier delivery time is additional and varies by destination. International shipping for these book orders is not currently available.
Returns of books purchased directly
Unused books purchased directly from RootED Equity may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email rootedequity@gmail.com with your order number for return instructions before mailing your return.
Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind book returns. Eligible returned books are refunded to the original payment method after we receive them.
If a book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong book, email us so we can resolve the issue at no cost to you, including return postage if a return is needed.
Amazon and other retailers
“Buy on Amazon” links take you to Amazon to complete your purchase. Review that retailer’s format, edition, price, availability, and delivery information before ordering. Contact the retailer for delivery questions, cancellations, returns, and refunds under its policies. RootED Equity cannot issue refunds for purchases made through another retailer.
